Sika Abla Addo was born in Accra, Ghana on April 13, 1982. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology with Philosophy) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon and Ghana School of Law.

Sika Abla Addo started Kimathi & Kimathi (Corporate Law Attorneys) as an intern and later became a Lawyer with the same firm and she has been involved in a number of projects in corporate law and practice.

In addition, she has also obtained a great deal of expertise in the area of arbitration law and practice. In particular, she has been deeply involved in various comparative studies undertaken by the firm in the area of arbitration law and practice.

She has also been involved in the review of Statement of Case for various companies embarking on arbitration proceedings. The firm benefitted greatly from her general expertise in industrial dispute resolution, particularly in the area of arbitration. Currently, she is a Partner at Addo, Addo Legal Attorneys. She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
